Another word block tutorial…I just love ‘em!
It’s so nice to have these little sayings for all the holidays and they make for very cute decorations too. So let’s get started. First you gotta round up all your supplies:

Spooky!!

I love Halloween decorations! These spooky blocks are among my favorites. They are kind of a cute twist on a scary holiday....if that's possible :)

Personalized Subway Art

I love subway! The concept of it is just so fun. The only thing I'm not a fan of is they all seem generic. So I personalized it. It's never easy coming up with gift ideas for men....they hardly ever give you a straight answer for gifts {please tell me I'm not the only one that struggles with gift giving for the hubby!?}
I thought I hit a moment of brilliance when I put this together. And it helped that I got a GrEaT reaction...he totally LOVES it!!! ahhh...sweet success...  :)
I'm working on another personalized piece that will be much larger and be a focal point for some room in our home. I can't wait to see it finally finished. Stay tuned!!

Paper Flowers

I love spring colors…they are so bright and fun and happy! I guess I’m a little behind on the seasonal thing but I saw these scrapbooks papers and just had to make something cute that I could use for spring decoration. I decided to make all sorts of flowers and then attached them to a wreath to make a fun spring wreath!

Paper Wreath

     I spotted a totally different kind of wreath made from book pages– somewhere on the web and decided I needed one! So I ran over to a local thrift store, found a 900 page novel for $0.75...great deal deal right!? I also had a foam wreath, a glue gun, and paint so this whole thing was soooo thrifty! Here are a couple of photos of my wreath in process as well as the finished product.  I tend to be a slight perfectionist so my wreath is pretty darn structured, but they don’t have to be. Below is my tutorial so read on and enjoy!!
     Just gather a few supplies and you are on your way to creating a very fun wreath...
             -Foam wreath...any size will do depending on how big or small you want it to be.
             -An old book
             -A glue gun
